About Mindy Law

A Mississippi native, Molly grew up in both Brandon and Starkville, Mississippi. Throughout her childhood and teen years, Molly showed quarter horses nationally and dedicated a large majority of her life to horses. In 2008, she graduated college with a B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority and the equestrian team. Molly attended Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, from which she graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2011. While in her third year of law school, she was sworn in for limited practice under the Mississippi Third Year Limited Practice Act and prosecuted in Hinds County Youth Court and Hinds County Circuit Court (specifically sex crimes).

After graduating law school, Molly began private practice, but kept her "prosecuting roots" by prosecuting cases in City of Pearl Youth Court and City of Pearl Municipal Court. In 2013, Molly moved to Georgia to marry her husband, Jason, an Army veteran. Since being admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2014, Molly continued in private practice and opened the Law Offices of Molly P. Mindy, LLC, in January 2017. Molly currently prosecutes in Canton Municipal Court and is the defense attorney in Cherokee County State Court Drug Court. Jason and Molly live in Woodstock, Georgia, with their menagerie of rescue animals (current count is one donkey, five horses, ten dogs, and eight cats). Jason and Molly are former foster parents, and Molly dedicates all her free time to showing (most of the time unsuccessfully) her horses in events (when either Molly or one of her horses is not injured).

Luckily for Molly, she is a better attorney than she is an equestrian, but she has the same passion for both. Molly thrives on helping others. Known for her feisty personality, results oriented approach, and dedicated attorney/client relationships, she is a staple in the Cherokee County Courthouse.

Mindy Law, LLC, has been built on the passions of attorney Molly Mindy. With years of experience in all aspects of the courtroom, it is no surprise that Molly zealously represents each of her clients with a smile on her face and a strategy to get her client the best result possible in mind.
